At Bombay Musk™, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item is not the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible products within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure the items are in their original, unworn condition with all Bombay Musk™ tags attached, and place them back in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
